Reservations

Deposits

A 50 percent deposit is required to guarantee a reservation for any Vacation Home or Suite. We accept deposit payments by mail only. We must receive your deposit in the form of a personal check, business check, travelers check or money order via USPS within seven days of your reservation. We do not accept credit cards. We will confirm your guaranteed reservation via e-mail. The deposit applies to the last day of a reservation and will not be refunded for any reason in case of check-out before expiration of reservation.

Cancellations

To receive a deposit refund, less a 25 percent service charge, we require a ninety-day or more cancellation notice. The deposit is not refundable if the cancellation notice is less than ninety days.

Balance Due

Your balance due is required prior to or upon arrival. You may choose to pre-register and remit your balance due at any time prior to arrival. We accept balance due payments in person upon arrival or by mail prior to arrival. We do not accept credit cards.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In time: 3 p.m. or later
Check-Out time: 9 a.m. or earlier

During the Summer Season there are no exceptions to this policy. During Spring/Fall Seasons, it may be possible to arrange in advance for an earlier check-in (noon – 3 p.m.) or a later check-out (9 a.m. to noon) without any additional charge. Arrival before noon or departure after noon will incur an additional charge.

Bed linens are included

Bath and kitchen linens are not included

Sorry, No Pets

We like them, but for sanitary reasons and out of regard for other guests, it is not practical for us to house them.

Boat Rentals (with motor and gas included)

$75.00/day, $375.00/week

If you choose to bring your own boat, a $20.00/day or $100.00/week fee for launch and slip rental is required

We also have one canoe and seven kayaks available for your use at no charge

The above items are based on a first-come, first-served basis

Items we provide

Bedrooms include:

  • Linens, blankets, pillows and comforter
  • Sleeper sofa linens available upon request. Please let us know in advance if possible.

Kitchens in Pine Point, Land’s End, Bayview, Eagle’s Nest, Driftwood Manor, Edgewater and Pine Aire include:

  • conventional four-burner stove/oven
  • microwave oven
  • upright refrigerator/freezer
  • dinnerware
  • glassware
  • flatware
  • utensils
  • coffee maker
  • toaster
  • trash bags

Compact kitchens in Birchwood and Lakeview are 40 inches wide and include:

  • two burners and a single kitchen sink in the counter top
  • below-counter 7.2 cu. ft. refrigerator with a small freezer compartment inside and cabinet space next to the fridge
  • overhead microwave oven and additional cabinets including cookware
  • dinnerware
  • glassware
  • flatware
  • utensils
  • coffee maker
  • toaster
  • trash bags

Bathrooms include:

  • toilet paper
  • trash bags

Outdoor items include:

  • picnic tables
  • Weber grills
  • swinging hammocks
  • basketball and volleyball
  • outdoor heated swimming pool open from Memorial Day weekend (if possible, weather permitting) thru Labor Day Weekend
  • beach & camp fire area
  • 1 canoe, 7 kayaks, life jackets, cushions and paddles

Outdoors:

  • picnic tablecloths
  • charcoal and lighter fluid
  • citronella candles
  • mosquito repellant
  • beach/pool towels
  • beach/pool toys

  • fishing equipment and bait
  • boating accessories
